September 2009 - Italian designer Beatrice Fontana, renowned for her work with Fendi, Versace and Calvin Klein, designed the Waterman Elegance and Parker Premier. Following a traditional jewellery process, the gold or silver-plated barrel ring of the Elegance is etched with a flower or check décor while the rounded cap, cap ring and button are engraved with the Waterman logo. The Premier, which is hand-made by Parker in five finishes, is the result of more than 30 components and detailed technical skills mastered by artisans and engineering experts.
