OfficeMax Contract Inc. is our business-to-business solutions division, distributing a broad line of office products and services including office supplies, paper, technology products, office furniture and Print & Document Services.

 

We sell directly to enterprise-level and mid-size businesses in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. These segments are served by field salespeople, catalogs, e-commerce, and retail stores in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Products are purchased from outside manufacturers or industry wholesalers.

 

Customers with more than one location are often served under the terms of one national contract that provides consistent products, prices and service to multiple locations. If the customer desires, we also provide summary billings, usage reporting, and other special services.
